Mun-jun is a Korean chef who has learned most of his knowhow while growing up as he would often give his mother a hand in her restaurant. With his boldness, his friendliness and his loquacity, he may well sound like a player, but he’s never as serious as when he starts talking about food. As he’s never afraid of discovering new things, he moved to Vietnam and opened there his own restaurant called Dua Mam, where he often provides Korean tourists with local specialties. That’s where he meets Su-ji, a woman who usually avoids getting out of her comfort zone but who ended up following her best friend to Vietnam. As she has a hard time getting used to the local food, Mun-jun is willing to help her through meals prepared expressly for her.
