Jo Deul-ho is promised to a successful life, as he’s now a prosecutor but also the son-in-law of the chairman of Geumsan, the most important law firm in South Korea. He has come a long way since the time he was living in an orphanage. But when one of his childhood friends is wrongly accused of arson, he’s eager to put aside his career prospects for once and find the real culprit who happens to be the son of a powerful CEO. Because of that, he’s betrayed by his colleagues, accused of corruption and finally dismissed. On top of that, his wife files for divorce not long after. Three years later, he’s now living in the street. But one day, Eun-jo, a young attorney at Geumsan, meets him by chance. Herself facing a moral dilemma with her job, she decides to join forces with Deul-ho to reveal the truth about the arson case.more
